Supporting the Local Nonprofit Sector Since 2007
 – Founded as NetworkWilliamsburg in 2007, the organization changed its name in 2014 to reflect our growth. Today, NetworkPeninsula serves the nonprofit sector on the Virginia Peninsula, including greater Williamsburg, Newport News, Hampton, Gloucester, Mathews, and Poquoson. NetworkPeninsula is a 501c3 nonprofit organization

Greater Williamsburg Movement is a part of the national Movement Day, which was launched in 2010 as a one-day to three-day gathering of ministry, marketplace and nonprofit leaders passionate about cities and the Gospel of Jesus, coming together across denominational, ethnic, geographical, and socio-economic lines. Over 32,000 city leaders have been trained.

Serve the City is an international movement mobilizing volunteers to serve in simple ways. On the Peninsula, we help the elderly, disabled, refugees, and homeless as well as assist other nonprofits. We are the connection between the good intentions of people who could serve and meaningful opportunities to get involved.

The mission of Williamsburg Community Growers is to educate the public regarding the benefits of producing and consuming locally grown produce; provide gardening space for individuals and organizations; promote healthy, sustainable lifestyles for the community; and demonstrate and promote conservation practices.

The vision of Williamsburg Community Growers is to grow Williamsburg’s healthy community food ecosystem.

Community Knights is committed to identifying the needs of small local nonprofit and public school organizations as well as the populations they serve and finding innovative ways to help them meet these needs collaboratively. We are also dedicated to identifying service gaps for underserved populations within our community and, through the development of a nonprofit incubator, support and educate start up organizations to fill unmet needs within our community.
