Our Mission is to provide creative ways to support the seniors in our community by finding new ways to keep them productive and connected to the community, Caring Hearts Foundation launched the Adopt A Care Senior Program and Virtual Home Care Program to explore and support innovative ways to provide community-based programs designed to help seniors live independently at home while living the best quality of life.
