The Arc of Greater Williamsburg improves the quality of life for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities through community activities and advocacy.
Here for the Girls, Inc. (H4TG) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit improving the lives of young women affected by breast cancer (diagnosed under age 51). We offer social-emotional support through services that provide personal connections and a shared experience among our members. Our research-based support model focuses on the overall well-being of our members and delivers our services through a non-clinical, peer-based approach. The result is an inclusive community based on equity and cultural humility that cultivates a sense of belonging from diagnosis, through treatment, and beyond.
3E Restoration’s mission is to encourage, equip and empower faith communities to help transition neighbors living through homelessness from social displacement to holistic sufficiency. Together, we can change the narrative on homelessness.
Literacy for Life provides individualized, one-to-one tutoring for adults in reading, writing, and math, as well as English for speakers of other languages.

No family or individual ever receives a bill for our services and support.

The Jamestown Yorktown Foundation owns and operates two living-history museums, Jamestown Settlement and the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown.
Greater Williamsburg Movement is a part of the national Movement Day, which was launched in 2010 as a one-day to three-day gathering of ministry, marketplace and nonprofit leaders passionate about cities and the Gospel of Jesus, coming together across denominational, ethnic, geographical, and socio-economic lines. Over 32,000 city leaders have been trained.

The Williamsburg Farmers Market‘s mission is to sustain, foster, and operate a weekly farmers market in Merchants Square for growers and producers to sell fresh seasonal food and farm products direct to consumers in the Williamsburg area.

The Inner Peace Coalition seeks to spread Peace, Hope and Support to all mankind by meeting natural needs in the community and abroad with tangible resources in the essential areas of life.
Olde Towne Medical & Dental Center is a “safety net” clinic for those without health care insurance, or with Medicare or Medicaid, in Williamsburg, James City County, and York County. Services include: dentistry, primary medical care for children & adults, hearing and vision screenings; chronic disease care, mental health counseling; referrals for specialty treatment, and assistance in obtaining free or low-cost prescriptions.
The Historic Virginia Land Conservancy protects and preserves significant natural, scenic, historical or agricultural land in the lower James, York, and Rappahannock River watersheds.
