Karen Dutro is the Founder and Executive Director of NetworkPeninsula, founded in 2007 as NetworkWilliamsburg and expanded to NetworkPeninsula in 2013.

Karen is committed to advocating for the nonprofit sector serving our communities. She works to encourage the community at large to come alongside this important sector to ensure they remain sustainable, able to continue their valuable work.

Ruthann is the Client Services Manager for FM 93.5 The Burg & WMBG AM 740. She previously served as Resource Development Director for the United Way of Greater Williamsburg.

Ann is Assistant Vice President at Sona Bank in Williamsburg. Ann has worked in the banking industry for more than 30 years.

Florence is the Principal of ABS – Accounting & Bookkeeping Solutions where she assists local nonprofits with bookkeeping, payroll and training.

Mark is Principal of Pathmark CD, serving as a consultant in architectural design, engineering, and project management.
