The HUB is a shared office space for nonprofits serving the Virginia Peninsula. ALL Members of NetworkPeninsula can access the following services.

  • Training/Meeting Room The Hub Conference room seats 20 in meeting style, or 18 in classroom style w/ access to large screen for presentations and multiple dry erase boards in the room. Ample parking is available in the front and back of the building. Kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker & refrigerator; there is a Keurig in the lobby. A laptop is available in the conference room if needed, or you can hook up your own using the HDMI cord. There is also an adapter for iPad, etc.

For members of NetworkPeninsula, the HUB conference room is available free of charge for up to 2 hours each month and $25 for every 2 hours after. For non-members, the room is available for $25 for every 2 hours of use. (If payment is required, an invoice will be emailed to you with payment due prior to use.) To reserve the room, please check availability HERE and then email us with the date needed, start and finish time, including set up and break down.* We will also need your signed ROOM RESERVATION AGREEMENT submitted prior to the start date (to include Certificate of Insurance).

  • Access to the Foundation Center Directory – to perform grants research onsite,  with computer and printer available to save grants research. Please email us to schedule an appointment to do your research.
  • Nonprofit Library – Check out books on all topics nonprofit. Check outs are for 30 days and can be extended if needed.
