COVID-19 continues to wreak havoc on our volunteer schedule, as many temporary volunteers are returning to work, or watching their children during virtual learning. We are seeking a number of new team members who can help us assist families in crisis. Please consider joining us for a 2-hour weekly shift.

Flexible volunteer needs that can be done in the office or at home
Phone Application Help. Volunteers speak with families in crisis to fill out their application for assistance and provide resource referrals. *training provided*
Testimonial writer. Speak with families who have received assistance from THRIVE and have agreed to share their testimony. Write up their story for THRIVE’s marketing purposes.

Shift coverage needed:
Tuesdays, 10:30am-1pm and/or 1pm-3pm: Volunteer to call clients to create food profiles and assist with pantry or admin tasks in between phone calls.
Wednesdays, 10am-1pm: Volunteer to clear voicemails from rent and utility assistance line, help with pantry referrals, answer phone calls, and additional tasks.
Thursdays, 11am-1pm Pantry: Volunteer to work in pantry starting in October.
